I wanted to pull one quote from Melissa Barton on this post titled; Who Is My Competition?;
..looking at yourself from the perspective of a consumer.
Your business may be in the B2C or B2B space, it does not matter.
Look at your business from the outside in. Look through the lens of your customers, and walk a mile in their shoes.
Once you have done that, only then can you answer;
Do you make it drop dead simple to business with you?
One click, or one phone call and done?
Or is it a frustrating round of telephone tag, faxes, e-mails and the like?
And, are you using IT to help you focus on your customers?
