Can I ask Who’s Calling?

I don’t like that phrase.

As a manager in the SME space, we need to be as easy to do business with as possible.

Let service and responsiveness shine its light.

Sure, as a Business Technology Manager, I get my fair share of those unwanted sales pitches for products or services I can’t use, but what is easier?

Avoiding them when they call a dozen times? or 15 seconds stating; Sorry, You can’t help me at this time?

Our staff and and clients even have my cel number.

So do your self a favour. Just take the calls.
